So why not me, right?
I'm not a writer and I don't lead that exciting of a life. I have been married to my husband for 8 years. I am a proud mommy of two of the cutest, funniest children around. I am blessed to have the opportunity to stay home and raise my children. I love to fill our days with mini-adventures like going to our local library for story time, feeding the ducks, visiting local playgrounds, trips to the zoo, swimming at Noni & Poppa's house, fishing at Poppy & Grandmomma's. I want to fill my children's lives with as many sweet memories as their banks will hold. They are only little once and I want them to cherish their childhood.
I strive to capture those little moments I'm fearful of forgetting. They change so quickly and that is bittersweet to me. I have always loved taking pictures, but since the kids were born it has turned into an obsession of mine. You will rarely find me without my camera. I also love scrapbooking, but rarely find the time to do it. And, as a hobby I learned to decorate cakes for my kids birthdays. I occassionally make cakes for friends and family and love seeing the smiles on their faces!
I don't know how much I'll write thru this blog... I much prefer to tell my story in pictures. I'll leave you with a few...
